According to the recall report, if they’re eligible for replacement, Hyundai owners will be notified about the recall service appointment by September 25, 2023. While Kia owners will be notified by September 28, 2023.
The recall process will involve inspecting the affected vehicles and repairing or replacing the faulty oil pump. Owners will be notified through official channels, and they are encouraged to respond promptly to schedule a service appointment with their respective dealerships.
