Jeep has introduced the Gladiator Rubicon FarOut edition powered by a 3.0-litre EcoDiesel V6 engine. The Gladiator FarOut is a limited-edition model with only 1,000 units of production-run. The pickup SUV will also be the last model to feature Jeep’s V6 EcoDiesel engine as the brand will phase it out after the limited production run.
Jim Morrison, the senior vice president and head of Jeep brand North America, has announced the next step in Jeep’s electrification journey by discontinuing the EcoDiesel technology. This transition is marked by the introduction of the exclusive Gladiator Rubicon FarOut. This move underscores Jeep’s commitment to innovation and sustainable mobility while preserving its iconic off-road heritage.
2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon FarOut Powertrain
As mentioned earlier, the 3L V6 diesel is making its final appearance on the pickup truck. The engine continues to produce 260hp and 600Nm of torque mated to an 8-speed automatic. The brand claims a 500km range on a full tank of fuel.

The FarOut edition is the most rugged-looking of the Gladiator pickup’s line-up. Jeep has given a host of exterior upgrades to the limited-edition model to stand out over its standard variants. The changes include:

2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon FarOut Interior
Much like the exteriors, the FarOut has some changes made to its interiors to compliment the rugged looks. This includes black leather seats with red accents, black leather-wrapped dash panels with red accent stitching and all-weather floor mats. Again these updates are in addition to what is offered on the Rubicon model.

the 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon FarOut edition is available for ordering until the end of September 2023. Deliveries are scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2023, offering drivers the opportunity to experience the pinnacle of Jeep’s legendary craftsmanship and innovation.
