Toyota has revealed the special edition of the Supra MK4 to commemorate the GT4 race car’s 100th production milestone. The car in question is the Toyota GR Supra GT4 100th Edition which features several upgrades and a production limit of 100 units adding to the exclusivity.
GR Supra GT4 100th Edition Exterior Upgrades
The Tribute Edition comes in a rather bold colour scheme. It features a Plasma Orange exterior with black and gold graphics, complemented by gold wheels.
The car is based on the Lightweight trim of the Supra, which means it comes with several weight-saving measures, such as carbon fibre ORVMs, a rear spoiler, a front splitter, and black brake callipers.
GR Supra GT4 100th Edition Performance Upgrades
The 100th Tribute Edition rides on Bilstein Evo T1 suspension that can lower the ride height to up to 35mm. It also features lightweight Protrack One cast wheels and a Milltek sports exhaust.
GR Supra GT4 100th Edition Powertrain & Mechanicals
The Supra GT4 100th Tribute Edition remain the same as the GR Supra and uses a 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-6 engine delivering 382hp and 500Nmtorque. The vehicle is equipped with a 6-speed manual gearbox, rear-wheel drive, and a limited-slip differential. It features Brembo brakes and rides on Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres.
GR Supra GT4 100th Edition Interiors
The interior of the 100th Tribute Edition features black Alcantara upholstery with gold stitching and a numbered plaque on the dashboard. The rest of the interior layout and features have been carried over from the GR Supra.
Toyota GR Supra GT4 Race Car
The Toyota Supra GT4 race car has been a success since its debut in 2020. It has won numerous races and championships around the world, including the GT4 European Series and the British GT Championship. The car is powered by a 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-six engine that produces 430hp and 800Nm of torque. It is mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission and sends power to the rear wheels.
